    Glen Dexter, BSC (Physics), MA (Mathematics) & LLB, President and CEO of Canadian International Capital Inc. with overall responsibility for its business.  This company has raised over $613 million from approximately 2,500 investors under Canada’s immigrant investor programs.  Canadian has developed a worldwide network of highly qualified immigration consultants through more than 26 countries that market the various programs with which Canadian is involved.  Canadian also has interests in both real estate development and software development.  

    Mr. Dexter, along with two other partners, also founded what is now the largest sail manufacturing firm in Nova Scotia.  Mr. Dexter practiced corporate law for 15 years with the law firm, Stewart McKelvey Stirling Scales.  Mr. Dexter is a director of Atlantic Industrial Minerals, a publicly traded company that produces and sells limestone in Nova Scotia; and is Chairman of Medusa Medical Technologies, Inc., a healthcare related software company.

    Hayes Dent is Endeavour’s Gulf South development partner and a member of EB Endeavour. Hayes is the local “boots on the ground” for EB Endeavour’s Regional Centers in Mississippi and Alabama. He also provides direct development infrastructure in Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas.

    Hayes Dent is President of Hayes Dent Public Strategies.  Hayes Dent Public Strategies is a lobbying and governmental relations consulting firm.  With offices in Jackson, Mississippi and Washington, DC; Mr. Dent’s firm offers a wide array of clients extraordinary access, advocacy, and advice when dealing with any aspect of government.

    Prior to starting Hayes Dent Public Strategies, Mr. Dent served as Executive Director of the Delta Regional Authority (DRA) from October 2001 through January 2004.   The DRA is a newly created Federal-State partnership agency charged with assisting in the development of America’s Delta.  The DRA consists of 240 counties and parishes in eight states that range from Illinois in the north to Louisiana in the south and Alabama to the east.

    From 1989 to 1991, Mr. Dent worked in the Congressional Affairs Office at the United States Department of Agriculture as an appointee of President George H.W. Bush.  From 1991 to 1999, Mr. Dent worked in various capacities for Governor Kirk Fordice.  Those duties ranged from setting up and running Mississippi’s Washington, DC office to serving as the head of the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks, to finally serving as Governor Fordice’s Director of Legislative Affairs.  Additionally, Mr. Dent served as Governor Fordice’s Alternate to the Appalachian Regional Commission on two different occasions during the Fordice Administration.  From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Dent worked in the private sector in the real estate development business.

    In 1993, Mr. Dent was the Republican nominee for the United States Congress in the 2nd Congressional District of Mississippi.  Since 1980, he has worked on the staff of Republican candidates in seven federal or state campaigns, and been a senior-level advisor/volunteer on many others.  While a student at the University of Mississippi, Mr. Dent served as chairman of the Mississippi College Republican Federation and has also served eight years on the Executive Committee of the Mississippi Republican Party.  Mr. Dent currently serves on the boards of the Mississippi Heritage Trust, Mississippi Economic Forum and was appointed July 1, 2009 by Governor Haley Barbour to the Mississippi State Board of Veterans Affairs.    

    Mr. Dent is a veteran of Operations Desert Shield/Storm, where the President awarded him the Bronze Star Medal.  He served 10 years in the U.S. Army and Mississippi Army National Guard.

    Mr. Dent lives in Yazoo City, MS and is married to Carolyn Hutcheson Dent.  They have three children, Hayes III, Margaret, and Kinkead, and belong to the First Presbyterian Church in Jackson.  He is a graduate of The University of Mississippi and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration.

Further, Cary and Patrick utilize their political “insider” skills to create public-private partnerships that are truly beneficial to both parties. Cary and Patrick are part of Endeavour’s NMTC efforts and its Fresh Food Initiative.

    Patrick founded CresaPartners - Birmingham , New Start Neighborhood Rivitalization, LLC and Strategic South as well as participating as a Senior Advisor with Altera Development Company.  His vast experience in corporate real estate includes disciplines focused on single-family housing, retail, medical and government consulting which gives him a deep perspective of the landscape facing many of our communities.  In addtion, Patrick’s past experience, prior to founding the above companies, includes serving as Executive Director of the Alabama Victory '98 Committee, which was chaired by U.S. Senators Richard Shelby and Jeff Sessions. From 1995 to 1998, Patrick served on U.S. Senator Richard Shelby's Senate staff and was Deputy Finance Director on his U.S. Senate Re-election Campaign. Prior to 1995, Patrick was Director of Coordinated Campaigns for The University of Alabama's Capital Campaign which raised over $230 million.  In 1992, Patrick served on the Presidential Inaugural Committee for Clinton/Gore. 


    Patrick has been involved in a number of projects with municipal and state entities including: City of Birmingham, City of Hoover, City of Helena, City of Pelham, City of Prichard/Mobile, City of Thomasville and the State of Alabama.  Patrick's comprehensive knowledge of federal programs and grants gives him a unique background to utilize in our public and private partnership ventures.  Notwithstanding, Patrick has handled transactions involving major national and international companies including but not limited to:  Sterne Agee & Leach; Sirote Permutt; BAE Systems; Morgan Stanley; Merrill Lynch / Bank of America; Nationwide Insurance; Volkert & Associates and Medtronic.  He is licensed in Real Estate in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Kentucky and in his spare time serves on the organizations below:

Jason is part of Endeavour’s fresh food grocery store initiative which develops and constructs grocery stores in underserved markets. Jason is also Endeavour’s investment property specialist providing direct advice on sale and purchase opportunities.

    Jason is currently Senior investment Advisor – National Retail Group for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, Milwaukee WI. His focus is on Real Estate Investment Asset Value Analysis; Asset Buy, Sell and Hold Strategies; and Acquisition and Disposition Brokerage Services.  Currently, as member of Upward Development Corporation Jason provides Cost & Profit Projections, as well as Short & Long Term Debt Placement and Site Acquisitions, and supplies Project Management from Conception to Completion.  As Managing Partner of Cellairis, Jason has owned and operated up to 15 Cellular Retail Store throughout the Midwest.   While serving in the United States Marine Corp, Jason received his degree from Hawaii Pacific University, Honolulu, Hawaii.

    Rich Warren is Endeavour’s Fresh Food Initiative coordinator. With his office in Washington, DC, Rich sources federal funding for Endeavour’s underserved grocery store deals through HUD, HHS and Commerce.  Rich is also responsible for coordinating community stakeholder involvement in Endeavour’s targeted underserved markets.

    Rich Warren is a Washington based lawyer/lobbyist specializing in obtaining government incentives and project funding for inner city and rural deals. A former lobbyist for the International Council of Shopping Centers, Mr. Warren has obtained tens of millions of dollars for retail deals in underserved markets.

    Working with Congress, the Administration, the Congressional Black Caucua and other groups, he has employed creative partnerships and strategic alliances to bring down the cost of developmment in underserved areas. His firm represents cities, developers, retailers, faith based groups and others involved in urban and retail economic development.

    Robert K. Holmes, Jr. is President and CEO of Corporate Services Consultants, LLC.  This Louisville based real estate development company has been in business for over 10 years developing residential, commercial and retail projects. 

    Before starting Corporate Services Consultants, LLC, Holmes spent 17 years as Vice President with Brown-Forman Corporation., a fortune 300 Louisville based company.  As a corporate officer Holmes was responsible for several corporate functions world-wide, such as planning/design, facilities, security, construction and real estate.

    Holmes also served 9 years as manager of Facilities Planning and Management for Louisville-based Kentucky Fried Chicken Corporation prior to joining Brown-Forman Corporation.

    In addition to being a licensed realtor, Holmes holds his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) certification, which is recognized as one of the elite real estate certifications.

    Holmes is actively involved in the community having served on several Boards both public and private. 

    Holmes is an Honors graduate in Business Administration from McKendree University in Lebanon, IL.  Holmes is also a 1990 graduate of Leadership Louisville and a 1997 graduate of Bingham Fellows.

    Tracy has strong community ties and contacts in Endeavour’s hometown – Milwaukee.  She is Milwaukee  based and after she earned her Secondary Education degree from UW – Milwaukee, Tracy taught for several years within Milwaukee’s Public School System. Addtionally, Tracy has a B.A. degree in Criminal Justice / Sociology from UW – Eau Claire.  Tracy also spent over five years at an international architectural firm, during which she oversaw the HR department as well as serving as an in-house project manager. Tracy’s utilization of her educational and employment experiences enhances her focus and dedication, which are key components to Endeavour’s success.

    Cary has served as President for New Start Neighborhood Revitalization since its creation in April 2009.  He is an experienced business manager with demonstrated success in project management, accounting, consulting, and general management.  Cary has provided team leadership with Fortune 500 companies as well as mid and small companies.  His professional experience blends hands-on experience and financial responsibilities with public traded companies serving as the Corporate Controller.  He has developed and created an AP system for a large Corporation from the ground up.  He is experienced in accounting research and GAAP application, financial administration, diverse financing negotiations, divestitures, assimilation, IT integration, external reporting (SEC), operational reporting, partnership accounting, partnership taxation and dissolution and financial planning and analysis.  Industries served include Development, Healthcare and Construction Materials Manufacturing.
