Real Estate Development Consulting:

In order to best serve markets across the country, the Endeavour Corporation sees great value in partnering with an in-market colleague, setting up a 50/50 partnership. These partnerships allow Endeavour to utilize its expertise to manage projects on a big-picture/macro level, while the in-market colleagues deal with day-to-day/micro development issues. Projects run with greater efficiency when the in-market colleague navigates through local politics, codes, ordinances, etc. The 50/50 partnership also affords local developers and politicos an opportunity to improve their communities through their own efforts.

Traditional Real Estate Development:

In order to satisfy a diverse list of clients, the Endeavour Corporation coordinates the various development efforts that turn real estate ideas and potential into reality. Endeavour has completed more than 30 projects throughout the United States with a total value of more than $200,000,000.

THE ENDEAVOUR MODEL:

Over the last nine years, The Endeavour Corp has established an operating model that allows it to have a multi-market presence while still maintaining a low overhead and extreme efficiency levels. It is able to do this by utilizing a partnership model that incorporates an in-market partner to provide the local development presence. This approach gives Endeavour a national footprint with a local capacity level.

Lastly, The Endeavour Corp has made a strategic decision to focus its development resources on the affordable market both in retail and housing. On the retail side, this means developing preferred relationships with extreme value retailers interested in underserved market places.

Using the word endeavour in our company name lets everyone know that we are continually striving to perfect each deal and completely satisfy each client.  The Endeavour Corporation pursues many urban renewal and real estate restoration projects that other firms may shy away from. We utilize our talents and tools to tackle the sometimes-tricky obstacles that arise when these projects start moving in a positive direction.

The Endeavour Corporation is expertly skilled at deal structuring, local and national political navigation,

non-traditional financing and community vision. Endeavour’s wealth of experience and expertise allows us to successfully navigate through any issues that arise in these areas—and to help communities find their footing once again.

The Endeavour Corporation also has expert knowledge and a thorough understanding of New Market Tax Credits (NMTC). Endeavour has been able to utilize this non-traditional financing to recently close several deals, and we plan to close multiple deals in 2010 through NMTC financing.
